    noob question

There are a couple of threads I was interested in reading, but they have been moved to an area where I don't have permission. I presume this to be 'off topic'. I applied for access several days ago, but still haven't got in. I applied for EE and news before that and I already have access to those, so what I wondering is,

how long does it usually take to get into off topic?

sorry for the rookie questions and thanx

If it says the thread has been moved and you don't have acces to it, it means the thread has been deleted.

The mods have a special quarantine area where they move many of the "offensive" or otherwise inappropriate threads that don't fit anywhere else.

That said, it usually takes a few days to get approved for Off Topic or News Digest access after you apply. The mods need to add you manually, and they're often quite busy.

There's also the Youth subforum, and the Women's area, as well as the Team Area you get access to by buying a CGN membership upgrade.
