    Really? Where are you getting this information from because I cannot find anything on Remington discontinuing either model.

    If they discontinued the 1100 they sure are living up the "50th anniversary" of it...
    It's still on the website,
    They still are shipping them (mine should be here this week).
    No doubt they are at the end of their lifespan, or near to it- nothing lasts forever...

    There you go he literally shot himself in the leg. The most honest legit answer I have ever seen in regards to a dealer on this site. Nothing else need be said in this thread. I have my answer.
