Team Searcg, Wth is that?

Would team membership allow the search results be listed by latest post first? Or am I forever stuck when searching my name, is see posts listed in order from when I last posted in it, regardless if someone posts after me?

It's annoying having to repeatedly 'tag' a post I'm following by making a useless comment so that it doesn't fall out of my search range.
