I got one of these a few years back. Pretty much the most minimalistic and comfortable way to "carry". Retention on them is awesome. I stand by all of raven concealments gear.

Will it fit a glock 30
Right off their website man...
Fits all Gen 3 and Gen 4 Glock Pistols. Will NOT fit and function correctly on Gen 1, 2 pistols.
Id like to add that it did work and fit on a gen2 glock 17.

That really looks like a great way to haul your pistol . Unfortunately it has NO chance of working on someone of my "particular" shape for 2 reasons ,1) I like to think of myself as Spatially Successful , and 2) my preferred handgun is a Smith 625 . There is nothing about me that is minimalist !!!!!!!!
