Puzzling these are treated as a semi auto rifel (and 5 shot mags) when my Beretta CX-4 and Kel Tec Sub 2000 both have 10 shot mags the same as a normal restricted pistol.
Of course you can drive your self crazy thinking there is anything at all rational as to firearm classification in Canada.
Be nice if a 9mm version was available.

Those take pistol mags, so they can take 10 rounds.

If kel tec design a mag instead of using existing pistol mags, it would be limited to 5 rounds .
