Another Great Prize for the Grand Prize Draws!!!

Thank you to Taylors & Co for donating this wonderful pistol in support of our 25th anniversary!
It is an 1872 open top conversion based on the 1860 with a 4.75" barrel and is chambered in 44SP.
Thanks again to Taylors & Co for the great products and all their help.

I'd get over my aversion to short barrels if you told me that was mine at months end.

You need to bring at least one of these in, Grumpy. Just sayin

Got to be the most beautiful of the open tops.

I don't know if we have those in 44 special on order but I do have them in 45lc, 38 special and 44-40. The open tops and the old 1858 remingtons are my favourites by far. Very sleek and elegant looking.
I think we have a couple of Le Mat revolvers on the way up for the cap and ball shooter who is looking for something a little different.

The Richards transition with the 1860 cap n ball barrel, relieved underneath for the loading rod and conical ball? Send a few long ones to Brandon if I don't get out there before then

When they become available we are supposed to be getting some, suppliers were out at the moment.

    Nice!

I was only thinking 44 special because its close to being authentic without fussing finding/making 44 colt. 44-40 wasn't listed, but would be equally good if available.

Nevertheless an 1872 open top is on the wish list as well, in 44 or 45.
