That's the stage I was at.... until I found out the stud placement in my house... that put a kibosh to that pretty quick, it's too bad, would have snapped one up real quick.

What was the issue? A couple new boards, sheet of drywall and a six pack should be able to sort out placement issues as long as your not mucking with anything load bearing.
I have no problem with doing the work, and the wife was cool with a hole in the wall but that ended when I told her i would need a bigger hole than what was required... lol
