    These are non-restricted right? Are they exactly as shown? 7.62x39 with clear magazine and telescopic stock?

    This is the 7.62x39 version. Pretty sure they come with the CZ858 style magazines. I think only the .223 version come with clear magazines.

    Don't use the KCI mags. They only work in the CZ858. Bought 3, sent back and the dealer changed his ad....

    Yeah that's what I thought about the magazines, is this rifle being considered for prohib?
