    You need to use a courier that's licensed for dangerous goods. CanPar is the only one I know for sure, maybe there's some others as well depending on where it needs to go.

    Shipping ammo is usually pretty expensive, that's part of why the folks that have great shipping deals like Canada Ammo control huge portions of the market.

    I've found Canpar to be reasonable if you aren't ordering from the other side of the country. The closer the better, like any other shipping costs.
    I recently went to order four pounds of powder from B.C. to Sask. The retailer uses Purolator. Shipping worked out to $11 per pound. Needless to say I cancelled my order.
    Check around before ordering and see what your options are, it's worth it to do some homework.
    I ended up getting the same powder out of Alberta for $12.95 shipping for four pounds.

    UPS will also ship ammo. Put it in a box, seal it well, and send it off. It won't be cheap cuz ammo ain't light.
