That is definitely not the norm for them, dozens of buys from them and never an issue.

Got a reply this morning when I checked my email. It was shipped out yesterday. I ordered the 30th of Oct. Order processed the 3rd of November. Order shipped yesterday after I sent an email inquiry. Draw your own conclusions.....
