What did it hit in the foam case to damage it? That's how they arrive to us and how they make there voyage to Canada.

If the plastic and box aren't damaged, that's something that was missed along the way...you can't bend a trigger guard like that from being in a foam lined plastic case unless there was severe damage to the package.
Please email us the pictures and we'll get it sorted out for you.

Box and plastic case are fine. But the foam is flat and not formed around the gun, you can hear it moving around in the box if you shake it even slightly.
I did send photos in my e-mail and just posted a link to my dropbox

Sounds good. That wouldn't mash in the trigger guard, we'll sort it out for you.

Holy cow, that would have to be smashed pretty hard to bend like that, unless APs are made from tinfoil.

The handgun was returned to SFRC and they have acknowledged receipt by indicating they are going to look at the damaged gun they sent me, that was at 6:30am MST today. Still waiting..............................
The true measure of any organizations Customer Service is not judged by how many perfect sales and shipments occur but rather how fast and effectively they fix the ones that go sideways.

So did you have an RGA number or follow their directions for shipping it back (which is usually prepaid by them).
