Dominion Arms DA556 M16-Style Rifle w/1-9" Twist Rate

I am looking at the Dominion Arms DA556 M16-Style Rifle w/1-9" Twist Rate. I have owned the CQ311 a couple years ago. Its main problem was everything was in some weird thread. I need to know if anyone has gotten one and if all the thread are back to normal. I do know these are new product but are they back to normal threads or are they just new cq311. thanks

ps. The cq311 was a great gun if you don't want to mod it. Shot great, was vary reliable, and cheap to buy.
    Collecting, shooting and have fun.

The only thing that I had give me any trouble was the handguard cap. I swapped it out anyways (those taper pins are hell to get out). Everything else seems to be to regular AR spec.

I replaced all of the furniture with OD green Magpul without too much difficulty. It's been flawless at the range so far.

That classic m16 style is exactly what I would like to do to mine...very very nice. Did you get the furniture from on of the IRG parts kits?

They are using normal threads. Not only was I able to swap out the flash hider, but also the Front sight post and rear aperture with aftermarket parts with no difficulty.

Wow looks great man! i bet shes light as a feather too. Was it hard fitting the handguard? i know i had to do alot of filing and sanding on my MOE to fit my 14.5 Norinco CQ.

The handguard was tight but it fit without any filing.
