    Unmarked slide 1911s

It looked like the chrome dominion arms 1911 had an unmarked slide in the website, can this be confirmed? Two tone had a marked slide.

Markings are not deep and probably didn't get caught by the camera. Refinishing mine I lost the slide markings and S/N, had to get it engraved again

The government model has no "Norinco" markings as I recall, just "1911A1"

My hard chrome commander length does indeed have markings but you have to hold it just right in the right light and stand on one foot while sticking out your tongue to easily see them. My favorite part is how it fancies itself up after a day at the range by blacking the muzzle end of the slide that fades into a great rainbow effect. I notice fingerprints more than the markings on it. I'm not sure it even mentions made in China. BTW Canada Ammo it's a pretty kick butt pistol for the price.
A fear of weapons from 80's action movies, not logic, created the disaster that is our firearms act.
