Change Address on PAL Licence Application Form?

    Hey CGNs!

I'm new here, and this is my first post. I had a question regarding my PAL application.

So in 2012, I took the Canadian Firearms Safety Course for restricted and non-restricted firearms. Since then, I've just been really busy and haven't had the time to get around and mail the application in. I recently moved to another address, so the address on the form is my old one, signature's from the instructor and everything.

With that being said, how can I correctly submit this now? Is it possible for me to just add a note/paper that states my new address? Would this be acceptable, and what else would I need to do?

Thanks a lot in advance everyone!

When I done my test, I was given an application to send in. I'd just put the new info on the app.

Edit: seen you said you had the app, maybe some white out would do the trick

It doesn't matter if the address on the course report is different than the address on the application. The one on the application is the one they go by.
