Laws for shooting long guns in saskatchewan

I looked everywhere for the laws regarding shooting rifles, shotguns in Saskatchewan outside of the range and couldn't find much info at all. Are you aloud to target practice on private land if its outside city limits and away from highway, living areas ect.? Thanks you.

Federal by-laws? I didn't know there was such a thing. I guess you learn something everyday.

Oh yes. We shoot all the time. I'm 5km from saskatoon about half mile from another acerage. I shoot only shotgun but never had any complaints.
My dad is on a farm and we shoot all the time on his private land. It's completely legal to shoot on private property, but within reason.i know If you are withing 500m of another occupied household you need permission.

I know this from goose / deer hunting experience
