I have a stainless Metro Arms .45 1911 Bulls Eye which is a 6'' long slide. Its pretty nice it has a bull barrel, skeletal hammer, checkered front strap as well as adjustable sites. Its pretty sweet.

Baer will build guns without front cocking serrations. My Custom Carry does not have them because I ordered it that way. For the most part, the semi-custom 1911 builders will build whatever you want; they just catalogue standard models that have popular combinations of features.Originally Posted by pjnorth
Thanks. The Nighthawk Heinie Longslide is 10mm only, and Les Baer has front cocking serrations (and in my personal opinion is way overpriced), so not exactly what I am looking for. I could have a custom built, but we are talking about Norc / Dominion Arms type price points. So, yeah I guess maybe $...not $$$.
