Just wanted to post a quick thanks to the gang at AmmoSupply...
This is my 3rd order from you guys (going by the number of keychains and fridge magnets of yours I have), and I have to say, I'm just impressed by your diligence.
My first order was for a couple boxes of 12 gauge slugs, a tiny order, but it was shipped fast and no hassle, was at my door within 2 days of ordering. Which lead a month or so later to order a case of the same slugs once I knew they were going to work well with my shotgun.
Wednesday night, I ordered 2 boxes of ammo - a box each of two different manufacturers. I'm going to be doing some accuracy testing with a rifle, and I'm gathering up a broad spectrum of different makes and types to see what runs best, so I only need a box each.
2 piddly, lousy boxes of ammo. A nothing small order.
And there it shows up Friday afternoon. With the fridge magnet and another free keychain (love the keychains by the way). Quick. No fuss, no muss.
And that's how you do it. That's how you keep customers happy, and keep the repeat business coming.
Every dealer will roll out the red carpet for people making the big money orders.
What separates the good dealers from the great dealers is how they treat the little guy. A dealer who puts in the same care and attention to someone ordering 2 boxes of ammo as they do for someone ordering crates? That's a great dealer. And it deserves to be rewarded and mentioned.
So thanks. Am I going to order a crate of either one of the ammo I just got? Maybe, maybe not. Depends on how they run in my gun.
But am I going to keep AmmoSupply high on my list of go to ammo suppliers in the future? Damn straight I am. You guys are doing it right.
