Arsenal Firearms is a multinational sporting and military arms concern centered on an industrial cooperation between Russia and Italy. Their most well-known offerings are the result of a massive investment of engineering know-how: the Strike One pistols were developed with expert feedback from the Russian Alfa special operations group with the goal of producing the world's fastest shooting, lowest recoil handguns for tactical usage; while the Second Century 2011 was inspired by a custom SIG P210 manufactured in Switzerland and exists as something of an engineering landmark and bragging point, while also delivering massive amounts of lead in a very short span of time for dangerous game hunters or personal protection. Arsenal's firearms are largely produced in Italy and exhibit excellent, fine craftsmanship while also showing great durability, proving to be something perhaps borrowed from the pragmatic Russian engineers partnered with them. The Strike One in particular shows a distinctively no-nonsense approach to a robust, rock-solid pistol that feels extremely rugged; despite its polymer frame there is no doubt by its weight, balance, and fit that it is a completely military design with a truly Russian flavor towards overbuilt blocks of solid steel.
