Heads up for those paying with direct deposit

Just a heads up that if you want to pay Canada Ammo with a direct deposit, their website and emailed info is incorrect. You can't do a direct deposit to TD Canada Trust like the website says. The email you get will give you RBC deposit information, not TD.

I blew my lunch hour trying to make a DD at my TD branch, no joy. Had to send an EMT instead.

Canada Ammo knows about the issues but the guy who does their website hasn't got around to fixing it. FYI.

Is there a benefit to doing EMT/cash transfers? I'm not sure I understand why anyone would want to.

Direct deposit (at TD at least) has no fee. EMT costs a bit.

I meant as opposed to credit cards which also have no fees -- at least not for the buyer.

Lol I thought banks were there to make money for the shareholders, not make political statements about a multi billion dollar industries that employ tens of thousands of Canadians.

Their loss! The teller was all like "so, what company is this for?" and I was deliberately vague. I wasn't exactly going to announce in a bank that I was buying an AR to make baby Justin cry, now was I?

Thanks to CanadaAmmo for sorting it out. You guys rock.
