I think they have great warranty service and very good customer communication.

I recently have been asked by Daniel at CanadaAmmo to return 2 firearms for exchange that had manufacturer problems which I noticed after un-boxing them, even got a prepaid shipping label they sent me after I contacted them via email about the problems. I have found CanadaAmmo to have first class customer service and would not hesitate to recommend buying from them with confidence of getting excellent warranty support.

I have a few issues with Canam......

For starters, they only charged 5% tax on my order as compared to the 13% they charge here in NB (or 20% or 50% or whatever). How is the government going to pay for bilingualism and pot holed roads without taking more of my cash?

Secondly, they decide to send me my order, to my front door, without charging me shipping. This just sets a bad precedence because, as Canadians, it's our right to pay more for everything.

Finally, I opened up my package to see that they had the nerve to throw in not just one, but two, UNREGISTERED AR platform pens. They dont even have serial numbers. You can only imagine the horror it has been dealing with the CFO regarding these.

The whole experience has just been awful.......I love Canam.

I was going to buy the 16ga. back packer with the 30" barrel about a week ago for $119. But I hummed and hawed as to if I really needed one. I checked again this weekend and they were down to $99, I thought it must be a sign so I ordered one. This is my first order from Canada Ammo I'm hoping for a good experience.

I had an issue with mine and Canada Ammo replaced it quickly. I then sold it. Pretty crappy gun, but not Canadaammo's fault. Hope it gets resolved quickly!

Mines going in a waterproof bag with some 12 gauge flares and other emergancy kit and will be stored in my boat in a hidden compartment, for SHTF scenarios. They are great value for the $100.00

I bought a backpacker this past summer, only problem I had was the fore stock would pop off after a round was fired. I just had to do a little trimming around the latch and some light sanding where it wrapped around the barrel to get a tighter fit. Why not buy one for $100, if it works why not. I bought mine to ride in the front box on my quad. If it gets banged up who cares...only cost $100. I put it in my pack when I ride in the mountains, self defense if I need to spend the night on the mountain, and you can launch 12g flares...no brainer for this guy.
