Is there a list of which bull-pup guns are LEGAL to own (restricted or non) in canada

    Hi there,

Looking for a list of bullpup firearms that are LEGAL here; All anyone's pointed me to is that list on the governments site that I don't understand and covers mostly prohibited firearms. I can't distinguish which are non/res vs outright prohibited.

Tried searching within the forms, but not much luck.

Or really just a proper list of what we can legally own here (both res and non) that doesn't include "similar designs" and all that I can't seem to understand.

Sorry, super noob here. Any help is appreciated!

I only ask because I am essentially collecting black/ tactical rifles and a lot of what I've wanted turned out to be illegal here.

    Thanks in advance!

Three I know of are: Tavor TAR-21, Norinco Type 97, and Kel Tec RFB. My understanding is that the conversion stock from non-bullpup to bullpup is illegal.

Only 3 hey? Why Canada... Why.

I was recently told I was able to import FNH PS90's... In both restricted and non; Thought that was considered a bullpup too...

    FS2000.

Any manufactured bullpup (except ones in 12.x classes) should be legal and classified as either restricted or NR based on the rules.

Any stock/chassis that converts a gun INTO a bullpup is considered a prohibited device.

Kel Tec RFB, Emei Type 97, Tavor, Bushmaster M17s, Lever Arms Puma (shotgun version of type 97), FNH PS90, KSG, FS2000, GM6 Lynx, and the Norinco Type 88.

And a bunch of bolt action precision rifles.

    I'm sure I'm missing some.
