whats the cost on a complete upper with bolt?

I'd be in for a complete carry handle upper with bolt, mags and magwell block. Any other 9mm specific parts too.

Also I know this strays from the clone of original but would this work with the lone wolf 9mm AR glock mag lower?
Probably not the way I'd go as I would prefer it to be as close as possible clone of original but just wondering...
