MDT Customer Service Just Rocks! :)

So my buddy new to the M700 game wanted a magazine feed system platform. I showed him my unit:



And he wanted one! So he found one on the EE and bought it. Upon closer examination, this slightly used unit was missing a few key components such as the 2 action screws, the magazine release paddle and the necessary pivot pin and spring.

He asked me to pursue some spare parts but I reassured him that Laz (Tac21) and his crew would come through for us. A week after my initial email to their support folks (Maarten), I've got the missing pieces right here in my hot little hands. My buddy is thrilled that such customer service exists today, especially when he did not buy it brand new. Even when dealing with a used platform, MDT folks stood up and threw down the challenge and mailed me the missing bolts/pins/levers. They did not have to and I did offer to pay for the shipping AND the cost of the parts.

They insisted on covering everything!

Biggest props to Laz and Maarten. Now my buddy is eyeballing spare magazines from your website!

i second that, needed a couple mags for my new unit. placed an online order and had them in my hands 4 days later.

some big gun shops could take a lesson in service from these guys.
