    Ya, I'd be interested in one already done, I don't have a lathe at my house to re crown and I'm not entirely sure I'd want to bubba the barrel with a 4" cut off disk lol.

    We dont use a cut off disc, we saw it, then finish, i dont know about heating the barrel too much with a grinder.

    I was thinking the same thing, and deburring the muzzle with sand paper? I think I'd rather you guys put one together for me rather than the guy in the posted video lol

    This is how we finish the barrel chop, Cut, polish & crown.

    We use red locktite, but there are also 3 set screws on the bottom, this sight will not move at all when done!
