Yes but it would fall under certain types of explosives (fireworks etc even) that require special licenses

I stopped in yesterday and bought some smoke grenades from Kate. I'm still in Calgary working/schooling so I haven't got to try them yet. Just figured I'd post (in case anyone had any doubts) that Kate was awesome as always. I dropped in during pickup time, no order placed ahead of time and she lined me up with everything I hoped for. Thanks eh!

We used to make these out of from chemicals available at the local drug store and an empty pop can. These look like as much fun now as they were back then.
