As far as I know, they are only selling these as complete uppers, because the bolt is proprietary to the barrel .

Thata sucks, I would buy the bolt as well as I do not have a bolt yet.
My only other option is to get mcgowen to build me one.
But I would rather go NEA because of price

You could always buy the complete upper, remove the bolt and barrel, and sell the rest.

The uppers and handguard a have a decent resale value.the NEA rifles have come a long way,I had the chance to shoot the 7.62 rifles.gotta say I was very impressed.

Made me think twice about dropping $1000 on a CZ so I could have a rifle that shot cheap ammo....for the sake of just chanving out my upper,I get to keep the rifle I know and love, and shoot a much cheaper round

Well, then, what they should do is offer barrel and bolt combos. The barrel is useless without a bolt, and good lucking finding a separate bolt any easier than a barrel.

For serious, it would be great if NEA offered a full line of 7.39 barrels like they do with their 223 and 300blk.

    I'd like one in ~12.5".
