@Berger, I've read that as well. My 12.5" has been a tank with the exception of a faulty trigger assembly. Rather than replace the one part, NEA sent a whole new (and upgraded) group. It was shipped in days and they were beyond easy to deal with.
So I guess it's half and half. Yes it broke, but they fixed and upgraded it within the week.
