the newer factory mags are plastic. the aftermarket mags are steel.

The follower goes nose down with 5 rounds, the little bolt resists that. I did the dent thing too.
It is a great gun, the folding stock is only $20. The "aftermarket" mags do need fixing.
I must insert and reinsert a mag 50 times, I bet that would smooth the mag changes up.
Edit: there is unnecessary rearward travel on the mag release lever, I reduced the travel by about half, and that helps.
