    Cleaning an SKS

    Hey all,
I have been doing a lot of research recently about cleaning an SKS after the use of corrosive ammo. I have been unable to find a definitive method on how to do so effectively, is it necessary to take the gun apart and clean all of the components or just clean the bore?
While there's more then one way to skin a cat I was just hoping to hear how some of you do it.
