    227 grams is almost exactly 1/2 of a pound. You must be looking at the picture that says 57 grams, but the $20 price is for the 227 g package.

    IMO, any coffee to be stored for over a couple of weeks should be in the form of green coffee beans. I have been roasting for years, it is dead easy and way better than some bag of years old oxidized coffee. Green coffee keeps many years when stored right, and would be worth its weight in gold when none exists.
