There's a pile of them here, and as long as the mounts you bring in are clamp on, no drill types, I'm willing to bet you will sell a lot of them. I know I overpaid for all my k31 stuff and I would have been a lot happier buying it from you guys.

There's quite a few of them in the country, not on the level of Mosins, Enfields, or Mausers, but still a fair number.

The Rock Solid mounts are all drill and tap, if I'm not mistaken? That would cut pretty heavily into demand. A lot of people wouldn't want to D&T their K-31 receivers, plust not many people who would be able to do it themselves. Which makes it a gunsmith job...

RSI makes great stuff, but I suspect the D&T part would be a deal breaker for most. And at $260 US for the mount, by the time you factor in exchange and import costs, the mount would be a fair bit more than most people paid for the rifle (I paid $200 for mine).

Don't mean to be a downer, but I'd hate to see you guys get stuck holding a bunch of expensive inventory you can't move.

I would really like to get the drill & tap scope mount for the K31. I have several K31's and would like to put the RSI mount on one of them. I however am a bit of an annomally, like others have said most people will not like to d&t their K31. A jig is also required to d&t the rifle for scope base installation.

Also please get the other K31 parts offered by rock solid industries!
