I am wondering how accurate these rifles are and what size group I can expect. I will definitely mount some glass on it. What size groups have others shot?Doesn't sound like they supply bases, but is it drilled and tapped?

$440 for this rifle was a great deal. Even at retail don't hesitate to buy this gun.
I'm comparing it side by side with my CZ 527.
I'll be buying the Magwedge rail when CA gets them in stock. With the monte Carlo stock, I can't get my face properly mounted to use the open sights??? So buy the non open sight model...
The bolt was rough so I just used some grease while practise fireing. Smoothed up nice now.
The magazine floor plate is a bit sticky. But is smoothing out with use..
Seemed to cycle the Norinco 2014, the Dominion arms HP and some corrosive eastern bloc ammo .
Fit and finish is great good with a lighter coloured stock
Bolt tilt looks about the same as the CZ 527 so high rings are needed??
Longer barrel then the Cz and LOP is a bit longer also.
Hope this helps anyone sitting on the fence about his rifle....

i got one on sale too,,but dont spend more that $450.00 sale price,,that riffle is NOT worth more than that,,that action is rough as hell,,i dont know what finish they use on the stock,,but it's not great,,,they shoot ok,,coated milsurp stuff is hard to close the bolt and open as well,,,you need to strongarm it,,i'll try it with reloaded brass cased stuff to see if there's potential,,but for $450.00 it's ok,,,but dont kid yourself,,you're NOT getting CZ quality here,,LOL...but it's also half the price,,

I can't disagree .. I just did 20 side by side bolt closings with the CZ and M85. When closing bolt slow on the CZ it feels smooth and the M85 feels gritty.. But under fast or quick cycling it is hard to tell a lot of differance?? Both guns are mostly dry to keep them equal and no scopes mounted. With magazine inserted in the CZ in case of any bolt drag...
But for the on sale price it is a must buy...

I found differant size of cases with the milsurp. So yes some are hard to close the bolt on and most not so much...
