What's the ratio berdan vs boxer so far???
Is there a way of seeing the difference without shooting it... JP.
According to the previous picture, the case i opened is 74 Berdan prime, all ammo seem to be 74, as we go along we will find out, for one i only keep the Lapua cases, so it's irrelevant, hopefully, it will give the Boxer ones to peoples who care about them... JP.
JP has 74 on the cartridge and on the label.. And Hitzy mentions that 79 + should be all boxer primed. So the outside label has the year marked on it ... So you can tell from the outside of the crate or battle pack???
I would really like to tap into your vast sources for differences.... How did you arrive at finding out all about the various contracts, both military and civilian, produced by HP ??
It is common knowledge that Berdan primers are STILL being used to this day....
Awaiting the info
John
