    AT15 Mags: A visual guide.

This is a quick reference guide, to know if your mags have been recalled.
If you are still in possession of the "out of spec" mags please contact us at info@albertatacticalrifle.com or phone us at (403) 277-7786.

As many are aware, we recalled the first batch of 10 round mags that were shipped out in February 2015. We have replaced all the magazines that we have been contacted about to date, but the numbers indicate there are still some floating around.

Starting with the problem mags, they can be identified by tabs located near the bullets, and the narrow opening at the front.

From the front view, you can identify the "out of spec" mags because the horizontal bands don't come around the front.

With the revised magazines we have seen about a 95% compatibility rate with different models of firearms, the most common firearms to have complications are Tavors. Since we strive for perfection in everything that we do, we have modified our supply of magazines by removing a small amount of material from the front. This is being done to all of the magazines leaving the shop now, however it is optional and not mandatory for 95% of users currently running our magazines. If you are encountering issues with your magazines, we appreciate hearing your feedback (info@albertatacticalrifle.com).

    Cheers,
    Shaun

So... for Tavor owners, just need to trim the front lip section as seen in the photos?
