I put an order in almost two weeks, never got a reply to my emails and they don't answer the phone. Trying to get a status update on my order.

They are out of the office taking a break from Thursday to Tuesday. As per BBB's post below. You likely won't find them here either. Shipping will commence on this coming weekend. May already be making plans.

We are taking a much needed break
Everyone will be off from thursday 14th too the following tuesday.
As always we will be checking emails when we can. But we plan to be in the middle of no where.
We will have someone picking and packing orders on this coming weekend.
