    The blade steel is N690co which is very similar to CPM 154, except Austrian. I would class it as a liner lock, some might say frame.

    Bit of a difference isn't there? With frame lock doesn't a piece of the handle actually bend in to lock the blade open, while with liner lock it's just...well... a thin springy liner? I mean i'll use either and they both work, just to clarify.

    It's a liner lock. I don't see the point in that cutting test..... Any knife with an edge will cut through those items.

    They are very similar to the Emerson liner lock to help clarify , I'll try to get a clear image and post to clear up any confusion
