We're going to be cancelling a number of back orders/pre sales that we don't see arriving any time in the future. Most are things that were pre sales....nothing being cancelled was billed thru...we're just cleaning up some paper work and I want to clear these items.

You'll get an email if one of your orders is cancelled.

I'm half joking (only half cos I really have had high hopes for these),
I still would love to know what the hell happened, but I'm sure it must've been a terrible experience for you (crazy callers daily for starters.)
