I looked and your hosting company and they have a 100% Network Uptime Guarantee. (Make them pay even if its only a buck or two. Most hosing companies operate on very small margins.) I would be asking for some money back (unless they say it was not a network issue). Also, if you are serious about switching, whoever you get, make sure they have servers in Canada. This will help "speed" things up. Right now, your server seems to be on the West Coast. You might want to consider a hosting company with servers in or around Montreal or Toronto or more centrally located within Canada. I only say this because MOST of your customers are going to be in Canada so the closer you can put the web server to them (me), the faster its going to be.Originally Posted by johnone
