No mod, it's a Sks model D. It only takes AK mags.

Now considering Hicals peepsight instead of the techsight tho. And the ergo stock might be replaced with MFT as it would be much more cost effective but we'll see.

Waiting on a magpul RVG to arrive and on the hunt for a Hical peepsight but couldn't resist posting already. Decided against the muzzle break since it was purely for cosmetic and prefer to keep it as light as possible.

Hical sells a cheap pin on Chinese brake, this one :



And its actually REALLY GOOD. Fairly light, easy to install, has an acceptable fit, looks good, isnt any louder than the gun without a brake and most importantly actually reduces the muzzle jump considerably. Id highly recommend trying it.

I personally don't get the thumb hole stock on an SKS as it's not exactly an instrument of precision.
