    and havent seen it in about 15 years, it was a training/sales tool, when Glock started to be mainstream it was put aside.
    There are far more than 3 red guns in public hands. There were several released last summer to various glock dealers and by police ordnance. More than 10 less than 50 kind of deal.

    So could you just drop Glock 22 internals/slide/barrel and it would function as normal?

    Would need a full slide and barrel swap, but yes. The red part of the gun is a fully functional Glock receiver. The slide has no firing pin and the barrel isn't bored.

    if i paint the receiver into red (my gun )do you think its still be legal to bring out to shoot?

    Of course you can paint it any colour you want why would that matter?
