Just found out I need some small parts for my new Remington 597. Was resigned to ordering from a US website and waiting ages for them to arrive (not to mention getting gouged on shipping).
As a last resort I emailed you and was directed to your online website by a very helpful CSR, Thomas. 15 minutes later I've got all the parts I need ordered, billed in Canadian dollars and very reasonable shipping.
