    Surplus Firearms

I just added a bunch of different surplus firearms to the website. There are only 1-3 of many of them.

Spanish M43, Spanish 1916, Spanish FR8, Turkish M1938, Turkish 1954 Mauser, Italian Carcano, Hungarian M44, Irish RIC Lee Enfield Carbine and a few others. I also picked up a few more Polish 22LR TT-33's.

That Hungarian m44... it was refinished and the stock was stained/ sealed with polyurethane (and the but plate should be nice and dark too, instead of being beat to hell like normal). In fact the tin tabs should be cold blued, along with the bolt heads on either side of the stock, if i am not mistaken.

'Cause it looks like my former rifle that I refinished!

(It pained me, but when I recieved 'her,' the shellac had liquified to the point that rubbing it would remove a swathe at a time. Furthermore, the metal was almost barren of finish anyways - and so I didn't want a rusted trophy in the safe if it were neglected.

The box of truth, provided a lot of fantastic articles concerning such a process. I just regretted the bayonet dragging the slings of several safe queens, causing me to invest in a m38 instead!

Only 8 rounds of non corrosive soft points too on my part...

Nice surplus options. Any details on purchasing a crate of 91/30s? I PM'd on wednesday, still haven't heard anything.
