    First Marstar purchase...

Just wanted to thank Marstar for making my first deal with them painless. I ordered a Pietta 1873 in .45 Colt on June 1st, and it was waiting for me in Calgary when I got back to town from work on the 11th. Painless transaction and very happy with my purchase. Now if only finding ammo for it was as easy...

    Thanks guys!

I got an 1897 from them last summer, a blast to shoot.

I gave up on them long time ago - got tired of seeing out of stock on stuff I wanted. It's
interesting the op would buy a firearm knowing ammo would be hard to find. But I guess there are shooters and collectors.

Since when is 45 colt hard to find? Even my local Crappy Tire stocks it.

My buddy shoots 45 LC as well, has no trouble finding it anywhere.
Science. It's like magic, but with electricity!

Starline brass then reload no problem... I bought a 10mm from a dealer and ammo is hard to find plus very expensive when you can so reloading saves a bunch.

Yep. Couple of my favourite CGN dealers have stock. I have no problem, nor have had, acquiring 45 long colt. Maybe dude is thinking of 22lr...
