One week sale - Primer for your pistol

    Gentlemen:

Lots and lots of customers ask for small primer for their pistol.

Our supplier has told us there is little different between their SR primer and SP primer. The manufacturing variation is actually the dominate factor. Other than that, it’s just same primer in different label. They are kind of universal primers.

So here you can safely use our Small Rifle primer on your pistol. Unless you have an old revolver, which has light touch on primer – then you have to go with certain soft commercial primers.

If you have concern please send us email or call us. We will love to heard from you.

The sale will end Sunday night (June 21st).

Why I gotta order right before something like this happens?

By "little difference", do you mean just the packaging (no difference), or they sort the slightly less sensitive batches into rifle packages?

I read the tech doc from supplier's engineering department. The difference in sesitivite is well within the +/- of manufacturing process. Which means one batch of pistol primer could be harder than next batch of rifle primer.

On paper, the SR should contain 5% more charge than SP. However, because the limitation of machinery, such difference is not observed in processing.

    Hope that answers your question

Thanks. I know the batch of pistol primers I have works with everything I have. I've already got some SR coming to try out. Worst case, they will work with all but one gun.

How's your stock on large pistol?

I'll buy these to try in 9mm and possibly .357. One of my model 14s has a hard enough time with the pistol primers. I turned the strain screw in all the way on that one lol

    No active link, no sale.
Listen, and understand. That Liberal is out there. It can’t be bargained with. It can’t be reasoned with. It doesn’t feel pity, or remorse- only fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until your guns are gone.
