    hmm interesting.
    if i buy one of these but dont plan on building it for a while i would still need to put a trigger lock on it and store it in a locked cabinet with my other firearms because it is a restricted lower, right?

    It wouldn't have to be a trigger lock, but it has to be locked in some unspecified way and it cannot be firable.

    Does this mean we can build dedicated .22 pistol AR's with buffer tube caps, and have 20+ round CMMG or similar mags?
