I thought i would take the recently purchased pmc ammo to a match and chonoing turns out this ammo doesn make major. Huge discrepancies in load as well. Anywhere from 920 all the way up to 960. Ammo is sub standard. Now I know why its so cheap.

One guy at my range swears that PMC is an acronym for Poorly Made Crap lol. Too bad it doesn't chrono hot enough for you.
Dirty, light loads. I don't like the .45 at least.
I use it strictly as range, paper-punching ammo.

The Match has a 5 inch barrel. I don't think .4 is going to give you that much more. The ammo is really inconsistent. I wouldn't risk taking this to a chrono match again.Originally Posted by Harry Callahan
I am assuming this is the 165 grain at 920 fps because a 180 grain at that makes major.
