Don't know about the rest of the info, but big hole refers to a larger than normal pivot pin diameter, matching some Colt lowers that were made to a different spec to dodge some US gun-grabbing shenanigans back in the day.
I'm pretty certain it's just a upper your getting for that price, no charging handle,barrel,etc. It probably has the dust cover and forward assist installed. I bought my DD upper years back from Wolverine and love it. DD makes nice stuff.
