I called the CFC today to ask about my apps status and they replied we just need to scan the photo for your profile! is this near the end or is this just the beginning? they received my app on June 6

Almost done. Once they scanned your photo, they will send your application (electronically) to your local CFO for final approval.

Ive replied in the thread numerous of times and mentioned to you, if the reference stage is completed before Friday, they will ship it out then. Now let's say you check up on Friday and your status has not changed, don't panic. Simply check Saturday and it should be updated and on its way to you.
