I'll hold out for the longer one. I've waited this long already. No rush. ;-P
May end up having to special order one the way I want it some day, but I hate the price premium associated with that.

Honestly I would doubt you will see Armalite offer longer barrels anymore. I think you will need to get a custom made barrel from someone like Herron Arms.

I've seen a number of reviews on the 18' but none on the 13 ( I think ). Has anyone seen them? Still on the fence, but interested.

I got to give one a pretty good look over at shot show. I think with the adjustable gas block you could make the 13.5 a real sweet shooter.
