You would have to buy a lower parts kit, buffer tube, recoil spring, buffer and stock to complete the lower. And I'm not sure if the uppers come with a BCG or not.

I'm assuming that it would have the markings/stops for the safety lever on both sides as opposed to just one side. Not 100% sure though.
